Do I need video editing experience?
No. You upload, add the facts, and the AI does the cutting, writing, narrating and checking. You review and ask for changes in plain words.
What footage works best?
A steady phone walkthrough of each room is ideal. Drone clips and photos can be mixed in. Shaky and blurry stretches are found and skipped automatically.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes of your time per listing. The analysis and each preview take a few minutes while you do something else.
Which platforms does it make videos for?
Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, an unbranded MLS & Zillow tour, and Rednote and WeChat for Chinese-speaking buyers. Each gets its own video, not a crop of one video.
Can the video be narrated in my own voice?
Yes. Record about a minute in the browser, including a spoken consent statement. Your voice is used only for your own videos, and you can delete it at any time. AI voices are also available.
Which languages are supported?
English and Mandarin Chinese, each with its own script, voice and captions.
Can I change the video?
Yes. Ask in the chat ("start with the kitchen"), edit any line yourself, add stickers on words, or trim a part. Previews and changes are free; you pay only for final videos.
Do I need to label my videos as AI?
Not for the pictures: CastMyListing never alters or generates them, so the home in your video is exactly what you filmed. Narration is different. If a video uses an AI voice or your cloned voice, some platforms ask you to turn on their AI label when you post it (YouTube does for cloned voices). If you record your own voiceover, there is nothing to label.
What about Fair Housing?
Every script is checked for Fair Housing problems before it is rendered. You still review every video before you post it.
What about music?
Every video comes with a background track and sound effects made by us, free to use in your videos. Turn either off in the chat for any video.
Who owns the videos?
You do. You keep all rights to your footage and the videos made from it.
Does it post to my accounts?
Not yet. You download each final video with its post text and post it yourself.
How much does it cost?
Your first 3 videos are free, with no credit card. After that, 1 credit is 1 minute of final video, from monthly plans or a one-off credit pack.
