Real footage. Nothing to disclose about the pictures.
CastMyListing only uses what you filmed and photographed. It picks the best seconds, cuts them to length, corrects color and brightness, and adds captions and graphics on top. It never adds, removes or changes anything in a room, and it never generates footage. Buyers see the home as it really is.
Photo-to-video apps work differently: AI turns still photos into motion that was never filmed. Rules on digitally altered listing images, such as California's AB 723 (in force since January 2026), can require a notice and a link to the original image. Because CastMyListing doesn't alter the home, there's nothing about the pictures to disclose.
All work in minutes. Photo-to-video apps animate still photos, so buyers see motion that was never filmed. Opus Clip is general purpose: it finds highlights in a long video, but doesn't write or narrate a script, plan a tour for each platform, or know listing rules. CastMyListing edits the walkthrough you filmed.
A freelancer gives you a person's judgment, at a higher price per video and a wait of a day or more, and you still record your own voiceover.
CapCut is free or cheap and very capable, if you have the time to edit each platform's version yourself.
